TYPICAL CLIENTS:

Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and service companies of all types; generally with annual sales ranging from $120,000 to $25-million. However, all business sizes, types and circumstances are considered. Typical clients are businesses precluded from bank financing or additional bank credit lines, i.e. young businesses, established businesses experiencing growth or losses, businesses needing to work out I.R.S. or other tax conflicts, turnarounds, etc.

GEOGRAPHY:

Offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Europe; with numerous worldwide affiliates.

APPLICATIONS, UNDERWRITING, & RATES:

There are no application fees. Commitment considerations may be required on PrimeLine® programs, No Advance programs, and special situations. Rates begin at Prime plus and up, and are generally determined by underwriting within 3 to 10 business days depending on discoveries and the completeness of the application package.

SERVICES INCLUDED WITH FACTORING:

A/R back-office work: Aging reports twice each month, invoice handling and postage, collection calls, and credit reports on new customers are included in our factoring rates. Typical Funding time: 24 hours.
